  Yes, they do provide a single supplement for those who want to travel solo. All rooms that are booked are double occupancy rooms, but if you are traveling alone then there is a single supplement that will apply if you are going to be the only one inside the room.

  The group sizes range and sometimes will even run with just two people who are taking the tour alone. However, you can expect the tour guide sizes to be between 16 to 18 people but never going over 24 people at a time, as this is the limit they set on the guides.
